Strenva makes that call, and shows it while you're still under the bar.
WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT
Every working set carries its own target: a weight and a rep range. As you log your reps, a ring fills in real time to show how far into that range you are. When a set reaches the top, its weight goes up on its own and the reps reset. Nothing to compute, nothing to remember.
Sets don't climb at the same rate fatigue is real so each one progresses independently. Your working weight only moves once every set has followed.
The step depends on the movement: a squat doesn't go up by the same amount as a lateral raise. One fixed increment everywhere is how people stall.
FAST TO LOG
Open, log a set, close. Your last session prefills. No feed, no timeline, nobody to add.
TRACK WHAT YOU ACTUALLY DID
Muscle by muscle, then exercise by exercise. Every point on every chart is one real logged session never an interpolation.
NO GAMIFICATION
No XP. No levels. No badges. No streaks. Every visual signal maps to a real training fact, or it isn't there.
FREE, AND IT STAYS FREE
Unlimited logging, the complete progression engine, and your charts. Forever not a trial.
Premium adds coaching-style recommendations, never automatic changes to your numbers: a twice-monthly review that reads your program, your measurements and your progress photos together, plateau detection with deload suggestions, a body heatmap, and your full history.
Built by two lifters who wanted this for themselves.
