Sets don't climb at the same rate fatigue is real so each one progresses independently. Your working weight only moves once every set has followed.

The step depends on the movement: a squat doesn't go up by the same amount as a lateral raise. One fixed increment everywhere is how people stall.

Strenva Premium is offered as a monthly or a yearly auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings.
