Stretch Log: Flexibility

PREMIUM — PURCHASE REQUIRED: All features described below are part of Pro and require a purchase: a weekly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase.

Your stretch log and flexibility tracker. StretchNotes is not another guided routine app — it is the diary that shows whether all that stretching is actually working. Log a session in about ten seconds: pick a body area, set the minutes, rate how limber you felt from 1 to 5, add a note if you want. Done.

The difference is the before/after rating. Rate an area before you stretch and again after, and every session shows its own change — then the trend chart turns weeks of ratings into one line you can watch climb. "Hamstrings were a 2 in March, they're a 4 now" stops being a feeling and becomes a chart.

WHAT YOU GET
• Ten-second logging: 8 body areas (neck, shoulders, back, hips, hamstrings, quads, calves, full body), duration, 1–5 rating, notes
• Before/after ratings, so a single session can show "+2" the moment you finish
• A flexibility trend line over your recent sessions — proof your range is improving, not a guess
• Current streak and best streak, counted by real calendar days, plus a duration chart of your last 14 sessions
• A built-in session timer that runs on the wall clock — background the app mid-stretch and it stays accurate, and it stops itself at 120 minutes if you forget it
• Your full history, searchable by scrolling, editable any time, with totals and average flexibility at a glance

PERFECT FOR
• Runners and lifters who stretch after training and want the habit to stick
• Desk workers loosening a stiff neck, shoulders, and lower back
• Anyone chasing a goal — touching your toes, deeper squats, front splits — who wants dated evidence of progress
• Keeping an honest record of the daily stretches your physiotherapist assigned

WHY NOT JUST USE A GUIDED STRETCHING APP?
Guided apps tell you what to do for fifteen minutes, then forget you existed. None of them can answer the only question that matters after three months: am I more flexible than when I started? StretchNotes exists to answer exactly that. Follow any routine you like — from a class, a video, a physio sheet — and keep the record here.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
Every session is stored on your device. No account, no sign-up, no tracking, and the log works fully offline. There is also a short safety guide built in, with sourced guidance on how long and how often to stretch.

PREMIUM (PURCHASE REQUIRED)
StretchNotes Pro unlocks the complete app: session logging with the timer, all 8 body areas, your entire history, the flexibility and duration trend charts, and streak tracking. Choose a weekly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase.

Log tonight's stretch before bed — in two weeks the chart will already have something to say.
