Summer Smile Manager is the official app for Summer Smile partners and team. Secure, account-based access to the tools you need - right from your phone.
Depending on your role, the app opens exactly the right area for you:
- BOOKING MANAGEMENT - reservation calendar, sync with booking platforms, guest check-in sheets, invoices and reports (for the Summer Smile team).
- CLEANING PARTNER PORTAL - if you own an apartment we clean, add your apartments yourself with everything the team needs: address, access code, linen and towel sets, coffee machine, WiFi, parking, bin day, where cleaning supplies are kept, photos and special instructions. See the live status of each cleaning and request a cleaning for a specific date.
- CLEANING TEAM PORTAL - see the cleanings scheduled for today with full apartment access details, start and mark a cleaning as done, and add photos on site.
The app requires an account created by the Summer Smile administrator. Your data is transmitted encrypted and used solely to operate the service.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
