In the experience over these years a simple yet vital factor effects every single clients results…AVAILABLE TIME TO EXERCISE a.k.a YOUR SCHEDULE. SuperS.E.T uses 3, 5 or 7 days of the week to select the program best suited for each individual client [minimum 3 days a week]. SuperS.E.T incorporates Phase Training, Legs + Push + Pull, Super-Compensation and Progressive Overload Techniques. The Foundation/Base Modality of SuperS.E.T is intensity [short rest] and supersets [back to back exercises] which keeps the pace high and the workouts effective and efficient.

Should you use SUPER-S.E.T to access in-app content via available subscription(s), a payment will be charged to your credit card after the trial period ends and when a subscription renews. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.

Subscription(s) can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
