Turn every Apple Watch pool swim into clear, actionable feedback.
See net pace without set rest when the data allows, SWOLF, stroke mix, lap-by-lap pacing, heart-rate intensity and personal bests. Compare up to six recent matching swims by pool length and stroke, with up to 90 days used to build a useful trend. Add context from sleep, HRV, resting heart rate and training load. Core analysis stays on your device.
SwimSight goes beyond distance and total time. It reads the workouts and health data you authorize in Apple Health, then turns them into a clear picture of how you swam, whether you are improving, and how ready your body is to train today.
SMARTER SWIM ANALYSIS
• Net pace with rest between sets excluded whenever the workout data allows
• Automatic detection and flagging of unusual laps, so one bad data point does not distort your pace
• SWOLF, stroke count, and stroke length to track swimming efficiency
• Front-to-back pace, rest between laps, and an interactive lap chart
• A full-workout heart rate curve and a 2-minute post-workout recovery curve
• Distance by stroke, set-by-set details, and workout structure
• Personal bests for pace, SWOLF, distance, and more
FAIR COMPARISONS ONLY
Pace in a 50-meter pool is not the same as pace in a 25-yard pool. SwimSight never mixes different pool lengths or strokes in the same statistic, so your trends and personal bests stay honest.
COMPARE LIKE WITH LIKE
Compare up to your six most recent matching swims, separated by pool length and stroke. Switch between pace, SWOLF, and distance, including each formal stroke found inside mixed-stroke workouts.
CONNECT TRAINING AND RECOVERY
Daily guidance turns HRV, resting heart rate, last night's sleep, and recent training load into swim-specific suggestions such as an easy recovery swim, a steady session, or more rest. When recovery data is limited, SwimSight tells you to adjust by feel instead of showing false precision.
QUIET, USEFUL REMINDERS
Optional notifications include a morning readiness briefing, post-workout feedback, bedtime reminders, trend check-ins, and swim milestone celebrations. They are generated on your device and designed to be restrained—only moments worth knowing about.
ON IPHONE AND APPLE WATCH
Check readiness, your latest swim with per-stroke pace, and a 7-day load and recovery view on Apple Watch. Add a watch face complication for readiness, days since your last swim, or swims this week.
BUILT FOR YOUR POOL
Meters or yards, pace per 100 meters or 100 yards, standard pool lengths, or a custom length. Changing display units never changes your underlying analysis.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
SwimSight reads only the Apple Health data you authorize. Core analysis happens on your device, and your raw health data is not uploaded by SwimSight. Purchases are handled by Apple, and SwimSight never sees your payment details.
