Symi

Symi is a calm migraine journal for more good days. It helps you log episodes quickly, understand patterns more clearly, and prepare your notes for yourself or for conversations with your doctor.

A new entry takes only a few seconds: choose the type of episode, record the intensity, confirm the time, and optionally add symptoms, triggers, notes, pain location, medication, and weather context.

Symi is designed to stay clear and private. Your data is stored locally on your iPhone by default. iCloud sync is optional and can be enabled deliberately if you want to back up or sync your journal through iCloud.
