Talent Release Forms

Talent Release Forms is a versatile tool designed for creators, filmmakers, influencers, and content producers to streamline the process of obtaining consent from individuals appearing in their content. The app provides an all-in-one talent release agreement that can be quickly customized to fit your specific needs.

Users can personalize the release form with their name, business, and the state they operate in, with all details automatically updated in the agreement. Additional features include options to capture a photo ID for age verification, a section for parent or guardian consent (and ID upload) if the individual is under 18, and the ability to specify and document any compensation involved, which is instantly reflected in the agreement.

This app is ideal for those who need a quick, efficient way to ensure proper consent for their projects, whether it’s for street interviews, video production, or other types of content creation.
