ABOUT THE STORY:
A temple rests in a forgotten corner of the world, overgrown by the jungle surrounding it and deteriorating after remaining untouched for so long. The time has come for its secrets to be discovered and its forgotten inhabitants - its creators, its guardians - to face the most vile the world has to offer

The temple is invaded by the Society of The Moon – a group of like-minded individuals; engineers, sorcerers and sages of various backgrounds - who are led by the mysterious Moon Lord and his 3 minions from different worlds. Who is searching for the forgotten world hidden within this temple, its possible treasures, and powerful new technology?
Their hunt for fame and glory however will prove to be a battle in which the fate of the Moon Society will be determined, for they face a foe whose sacred duty has forever been the safety of their sanctuary.

KEY FEATURES:
Guardians:
Choose your heroes from seven characters with ancient powers to repel the vile intruders!
Nagendra, the Deceiver, takes the form of a Snake.
He damages enemies at a rapid pace with his venomous projectiles.
Kai, son of the throne, manifests as a Phoenix.
His speciality is patient but well-placed long ranged attacks.

Brutus, the overseer, is represented as a Komainu, a lion-dog.
He bombards enemies mercilessly, dealing a huge amount of damage to them.
Lady Diala, the royal huntress, takes the form of Inari, the deity of foxes.
She storms enemies with widespread electric attacks.
Holwart, the seamaster, appears as a Walrus.
Enemies have a hard time escaping his water spray.
Deimos, the royal architect, bears resemblance to a Minotaur.
He plants deadly traps all around him, capturing the unsuspecting intruders.

Qiqess, the lord of time, is a mirror image of egyptian deity Ra.
He slows down enemies around him, making them second-guess their intentions.

The leader of the guardians, Urash-Anunit, controls the ultimate attacks.
Through them, the powers of a chosen guardian manifest as a powerful energy burst, giving the player a huge advantage against the intruders.

Bosses:

The leader of the Moon Society, Moon Lord, has the power of the moon.
Volcano boss: Hohka. His anger and fury will melt anyone and anything that stands in his way.
Ocean boss: Pauhu, His power to use water at will.
Forest boss: Korpi, the power of nature is on his side.
Boss fights:
In The Forgotten Guardians, each boss fight is unique and memorable. All bosses have their own set of attacks and to defeat them, the players must use different strategies.

Skills:
Each Guardian can be leveled according to a skill tree of their own. Gain points by defeating the foe and upgrading your heroes to their full power!
Items and skins:
Upgrade your gameplay experience using different items to help you defeat the foes. Unlock and purchase skins to push back the enemy looking dashy.
Ultimate attacks:
Each tower has its own ultimate attack to use in dire situations. The leader of the guardians, Urash-Anunit, controls these attacks.

Handcrafted levels:
Each level is a custom made, strategy hungry battle for victory. And some levels include epic boss battles, where strategy is more vital than ever.
Graphics:
As the Guardians age well from the ancient times, The Forgotten Guardians are presented with beautiful hand-made pixel graphics and animations.
