After the professional answers all the customer's questions, the customer now has all the information needed to complete the task, a second opinion, the answers to questions, or a solution. The cost of the call is based on 15-minute intervals and depends on the industry. For example, the rate to speak with a plumber may be $20 per 15 minutes. So a 15-minute call will cost $20 and a 30-minute call will cost $40. The 15-minute rate is clearly visible when selecting the industry and submitting a request. The 15-minute rates are intended to help customers save money from having a professional physically go to the customer's location while saving time from scouring the internet only to find a partial answer or solution.
