Onset helps you organize and follow daily wellness routines in one place. Scan your supplement bottles, build a timed daily plan, log quick check-ins, and track what you take — on your schedule, the way you decide.

Onboarding includes a biological-sex profile so mode options and routine framing match app settings. Users can update preferences anytime in Settings.

Clinic connection: If your practitioner uses Onset Clinic, enter your personal connection code during onboarding or from the subscription screen to continue with your assigned protocol at no charge. Supplement and fitness imports appear in your library for you to organize and mark active.
