「THP+」は、在宅医療・介護・福祉の多職種連携の情報共有をサポートするためアプリです。
本バージョンよりプッシュ通知機能を追加しました。ユーザ一般画面の歯車マークメニュー「プロフィール」より設定を有効にしてください。
在宅医療における以下の問題・課題を軽減します。
・患者ごとの多職種チームとの情報共有
・在宅医療連携を統括する拠点のキーパーソンの調整等の業務の膨大化
・多職種間でのコミュニケーション不足
・在宅医療の多職種連携する上での知識不足、スキル不足

「THP+」では、個人認証用のID・パスワードの他、システムの利用環境・運用環境などに合わせ、様々なセキュリティ対策が構築可能です。
基本的には、以下の2通りのセキュリティ対策をご用意しております。
・TLS：Transport Layer Security（暗号化プロトコル）による暗号化通信（SSL（Secure Socket Layers）をもとに標準化されたもの）
・VPN：Virtuel Private Network（仮想プライベートネットワーク）の利用

ホスト認証コードの設定はログイン画面（最初に起動する画面）の右上「設定」から行います。

専用サーバーは、弊社がご提供することも可能です。また独自にご準備いただくことも可能です。
