Smart Color System (Automatic)

Tasks update color based on how close they are to their due date:
Dark Green — Start date hasn’t arrived yet
Green — Less than ⅓ of the way to the deadline
Yellow — ⅓ of the way to the deadline
Red — Over ⅔ of the way to the deadline
Dark Red — Deadline has passed

Your to-do list becomes a live visual timeline, that helps you find what needs attention fast.

Custom Notifications

Choose exactly which colors trigger notifications in Settings, or customize alerts per task during creation.

Safe Delete & Recovery

Deleted tasks move to Recently Deleted, where you can restore or permanently remove them. Tasks auto-clear after 7 days to keep things clean.
