TodaysDoIt is a lightweight planner that keeps your to-do list and schedule on one screen.
Check off today's tasks like a checklist, and see the whole month's events and remaining tasks on the calendar.
Home Screen widgets and the app icon badge keep you on track without opening the app.
• Today
The top shows the date and today's completion rate. Use ‹ › to move one day at a time, or tap the date to pick another day from a calendar. Add tasks and events right from the Today screen, and hide finished tasks with ‘Hide completed’.
• Tasks
Organize by date, category and priority. Add a note and its first line shows in the list. Tasks are grouped into Overdue, Today, Tomorrow, This week and No date. Swipe left to edit, delete or quickly change the date.
• Events and calendar
Add all-day or timed events in 8 colors, and give each category a color to tell them apart at a glance. Calendar cells show your tasks and events together by title.
• Notes
Write notes separately from tasks in the Notes tab. The first line becomes the title; pin the notes you use often and find them with search and categories.
• TodaysDoIt Plus
A subscription for AI assistant connection, the Deadline board and deadline reminders, billed yearly or monthly, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple Account and the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in iPhone Settings › Subscriptions. Core and Plus features will keep improving.
• AI assistant connection
In Settings › AI assistant connection, connect TodaysDoIt to AI apps such as Claude and ChatGPT to view and add tasks, events and notes in conversation. Connections have been confirmed in Claude and ChatGPT; how it works may vary with each AI app's plans and features. You can disconnect at any time.
• Home Screen widgets
The Today's Tasks widget and Calendar widget show what matters without opening the app. The large calendar widget shows event titles in each date cell, and tapping it opens that screen in the app.
• Notifications and badge
The app icon badge shows how many tasks remain today, and a once-a-day morning notification at the time you choose summarizes today's tasks and events.
• Start without an account
Your records are stored encrypted on this device. Sign in to continue on the web (oneuldoit.smartinfol.com) and your other devices. Kakao, Apple, Google and email sign-in are supported.
