Toko's Cozy ADHD Focus Timer

Toko's Timer is a cozy focus timer with the cutest frog you actually want to see.

Built like a gentle game for ADHD brains (and anyone who struggles to start), Toko's Cozy Focus Timer helps you run focus sessions and short breaks in a soft, rewarding loop. Work through focus cycles by the pond, rest with Toko, earn petals, and spend them in the Hop Shoppe.

FOCUS SESSIONS & BREAKS
• Timed focus sessions paired with short breaks — a simple focus-and-break rhythm
• Choose your focus length and break length, then set how many focus cycles to run
• Auto-start the next break or the next focus session so your cycle keeps moving
• Live session notifications and a picture-in-picture pond so your timer stays with you

EARN PETALS, NOT PRESSURE
• Finish a focus session and collect lotuses for your petal jar
• Take breaks on purpose — resting earns blossoms too
• A daily petal cap keeps the loop gentle, not grind-y

DECORATE TOKO'S POND
• Dress Toko, add floaties and decor, and make the pond feel like yours
• Browse the Hop Shoppe for outfits, treats, scenes, and more
• Switch pond themes — from sunny day to rainy nights and beyond

SETTLE IN WITH SOUND
• Mix ambient tracks like soft rain, campfire, water, and frogs at night
• Build the mood that helps you settle into a focus cycle, not a sterile beep timer

STAY ON TRACK
• Pin a to-do to your pond and check it off when a session or cycle wraps up
• See daily and weekly stats for focus time, breaks, and todos

Whether you're studying, working, or just trying to start, Toko is waiting on the lily pad — ready for the next focus session, the next break, and the next cozy cycle. Toko's Timer is a great study game to get it done.
