RIDE REAL ROUTES INDOORS
Import routes from Ride with GPS or any GPX file and ride them on your smart trainer. TrainerKit drives grade AND surface through your trainer's native simulation mode — when the route turns to gravel, dirt, or cobbles, you feel it, segment by segment. Watch your position on a 2D or 3D satellite map beside the live elevation profile.

AN ADAPTIVE COACH
Daily coaching that follows how you actually ride — no rigid schedule to fall behind on. Progression Blocks target one weakness at a time. Training Focus steers your sessions toward the power band your goals need. The Plan tab shows a 4-week outlook with intensity mix and weekly load, with smart periodization around races and multi-day Training Trips. No manual logging required — it runs entirely on what you actually ride.

RIDE OUTSIDE
Record outdoor rides on iPhone or Apple Watch with GPS, barometric altimeter, and a Kalman-filtered track. Follow an imported route with a course line and a 3D navigation camera. Enduro ride mode pairs Liaison and Stage laps. E-Bike rides too — and Wet Mode on Apple Watch uses native Water Lock so a downpour can't end your ride.
