Trainwell HEP

Trainwell is the clinical workflow platform built by and for BOC-certified athletic trainers. From first visit to final session, manage every program, treatment log, schedule, and credential — in one app, always current.

PROGRAM BUILDER
Build real HEPs with sets, reps, timed holds, rest periods, supersets, and prescribed weekly frequency. Assign to one athlete or an entire team roster in seconds. Athletes can swap progressions and regressions mid-session without calling you between visits.

SCHEDULING & TRAINING ROOM
Open bookable slots in 30, 45, 60, or 90-minute blocks. Set capacity, approve or decline requests, block time, and reschedule with a reason. Both you and your athletes get push notifications for confirmations, cancellations, and pre-session reminders.

TREATMENT LOG
Log modalities — ice, heat, ultrasound, taping, massage — with body region, duration, and settings, timestamped to each athlete's timeline.

ROSTER & TEAM MANAGEMENT
Athletes and teams live under one unified Roster tab. Track healthy / recovering / injured status, archive at season end, and reactivate without losing any history.

COMPLIANCE & CREDENTIALS
Store BOC-ATC, CPR/AED, CSCS, and more with issuer, expiry date, and an uploaded document copy. Expiry badges surface who's lapsed before it becomes a liability issue.

FOR ATHLETES
Guided step-by-step sessions with set and rep tracking, countdown hold timers, and automatic rest timers. Every program shows estimated time, exercise count, and frequency up front — so they actually show up prepared.

BUILT FOR HOW YOU WORK
- Solo ATCs and multi-staff departments
- FERPA-conscious data practices
- One-tap athlete reports to share with coaches or physicians
- Full data export and permanent account deletion
- Secure authentication with two-factor verification

Trainwell replaces the spreadsheets, paper handouts, and inbox chaos — so you can run your room from one place.
