TUYA Driver

TUYA brings same-day delivery into the 21st century for businesses needing packages or pallets delivered to another business across town. Replace your local delivery or courier company with our easy-to-use app and feel the stress tied to urgent deliveries melt away. Pair the TUYA app with our leading-edge website to give you control from your desk or on the move. Finally, technology catches up to same-day delivery, making delivery easy for the first time.

CHOOSE YOUR DELIVERY PROFESSIONALS
Set up groups of preferred drivers or send a delivery to a specific driver. Choose delivery professionals who treat you and your customers with the care you would. All drivers have passed background checks. Build up a group of delivery professionals you trust and give them specific instructions, so you get the perfect delivery every time.

TRACK YOUR PACKAGE
Experience complete transparency as compared to the black box of same-day delivery. Rely on user-friendly tracking of your delivery from pickup to drop-off. See where your delivery professional is in the city. Even share this visibility with your customers, so no one is left in the dark.

CONNECT DIRECTLY WITH THE DRIVER
With TUYA, talk directly with the driver. Take the game of phone tag away. No need to call the delivery company you’ve used for updates. Cut out the middleman and give yourself direct access to the person who knows the most, your Friendly Delivery Professional.

SPEED AND CONVENIENCE
Arrange deliveries quickly and easily. Set the delivery schedule you want and modify deliveries on the fly. Enjoy fast order entry with TUYA and have all your delivery information at your fingertips, so you can get updates immediately and avoid long phone conversations with a delivery company. Need to look up your order history? No problem. TUYA makes it fast and convenient for you to manage your deliveries however you want.

SEE THE PRICE BEFORE ORDERING
With TUYA, you’ll get pricing transparency and see the price before you place the order. We give you visibility so you can make an informed choice.

RELY ON A SAFETY NET
We have a team behind the scenes making sure everything is delivered reliably. It’s our way of giving you peace of mind to ensure a great delivery, every time.

TUYA Shipper is available in Houston, Dallas and San Antonio, and will be rolling out to Austin and other markets later this year.
