Twelva: 12 Step Recovery

Twelva is a private, compassionate recovery companion built for real life.

Recovery is rarely quick, simple, or linear. Twelva is designed for the honest work of showing up, reflecting, learning, and moving forward one day at a time.

Whether your path includes 12-step recovery, SMART Recovery, Refuge Recovery, Al-Anon, CBT tools, faith, mindfulness, or your own combination, Twelva meets you where you are. Use what helps. Skip what does not. Move at your own pace.

A recovery companion that grows with you
-------------------------------------------

Two days clean and three years clean are different conversations. Twelva’s AI Sponsor Companion takes account of where you are in recovery, the progress you have built over time, and the things that matter to you. It can remember what you choose to share — why you started, what helps, what tends to pull you off course, and commitments you have made — so each conversation can begin with more context.

You remain in control of what Sponsor remembers and can review or delete saved memories from Privacy & Security.

What deserves attention can change throughout recovery.

The first days may bring very different challenges from several months or several years in. Sponsor Companion is designed to respond with awareness of your current stage without treating recovery as a rigid timetable.

Twelva can also bring the right part of your recovery practice forward at the right time — whether that is a daily reflection, Step work, a check-in, journaling, or simply a conversation.
