Each is a real mode with its own numbers, not a quit-forever app with the corners filed off.

BUILT ON WHAT THE RESEARCH SAYS WORKS
- Setup uses AUDIT-C, the World Health Organization's alcohol screening questions, to recommend a goal and to catch the case that matters most. Withdrawal from heavy daily drinking can be medically dangerous, so where your answers point that way, Unbottle asks you to see a doctor before you stop rather than cheering you on.
