Unrot Brainrot: Refocus

Your phone is rotting your brain. You know it. You've tried willpower. It doesn't work.

Unrot is the app blocker that actually holds the line — using Apple's own Screen Time engine to enforce your rules, even when you want to break them.

BLOCK THE APPS EATING YOUR DAY
Add TikTok, Instagram, or any app via Screen Time. The moment you try to open one, Unrot's shield stops you cold. No override. No snooze. Real lockdown.

EARN SCREEN TIME BY WALKING
Want to use a blocked app? Walk for it. Unrot reads your steps from Health and converts them into unlock minutes. Move your body → unlock your phone. No other app does this.

SET YOUR RULES. YOUR PHONE ENFORCES THEM.
Choose a daily time limit or steps-based unlock mode. Your rules are locked in — the phone does the rest. You become a minimalist phone user without the willpower battle.

HOW IT WORKS
• Pick apps to block with the system app picker
• Choose: daily time quota or steps-to-unlock mode
• Unrot enforces your limit automatically
• Get present. Get out. Get free.

No account. No cloud. Fully private and local. Works on iOS with Screen Time / Family Controls.
