Using your last 7 days of HRV data, VagalFlow calculates your personal breathing resonance frequency — the pace that works best for your body right now.

Prime
Red screen light guides your body into a relaxed state before breathwork begins. Close your eyes or keep them half-open; the light works through your eyelids.

Sync
Follow a circular breathing guide at your personalized pace for 5 minutes. Your Apple Watch streams live heart rate data so you can watch your body respond.

Interoception
Press two fingers gently on your pulse and count heartbeats for 60 seconds, then compare with your Apple Watch reading. A practice in sensing your body's internal signals.

Record
Save your session as Mindfulness time in Apple Health. Track patterns over time and notice how your body changes with regular practice.
