Description
Some days you can't quite tell why you feel tired, tense, or scattered. That's where Vantre comes in: it shows you, in plain words, what your body might be telling you today — and suggests one small thing that could help right now.
It all starts with a simple question: "How am I today?" Vantre answers three things clearly: - How you're doing today - Why you feel that way (and which signal it noticed) - What you can do next
Your day now fits in one sentence: the Note sums up how today went, in a calm, human voice — and stays quiet when there's nothing worth flagging.
You can start with just your phone: - Voice Scan — breathe or speak softly for a few seconds, and Vantre gently notices the tension in your voice. Everything happens on your phone; your voice never leaves it. - Guided breathing — with names anyone gets, like "Calm down," "Focus," and "Wind down for sleep" - A quick daily note — a few taps for your mood, energy, and stress
When Vantre has a good guess at what's behind a change, it doesn't ask you to write an essay — just tap Yes, No, or Something else. That same one-tap card works from your iPhone, your widget, and your Apple Watch.
Patterns now come with receipts: when Vantre notices something ("short nights tend to leave you more tense"), tap it to see the exact days behind the claim. Nothing is left unexplained.
Walking into a doctor's appointment? The Brief turns your last 90 days into a calm, easy-to-read summary — no medical jargon, no diagnosis. Back it up to your own iCloud if you'd like; it stays on your terms, always.
If you have an Apple Watch, Vantre goes deeper. Heart data from your Watch helps you see how your body settles before and after a breathing session. But don't worry — an Apple Watch isn't required; your iPhone is enough on its own.
Vantre Pro helps you understand how you change over time: deeper explanations, weekly summaries, and long-term trends. The free version is genuinely useful on its own, too.
Privacy is built in from the start: - No ads - No tracking tools following you around - Your health data stays on your phone - Voice Scan is analyzed on your device — no audio is ever recorded or uploaded - iCloud backup is fully optional and goes only to your own account
Vantre is not a medical device and doesn't give medical advice. It won't diagnose you; it's simply a calm companion that helps you understand yourself a little better.
