Issue with Pixel phones, must have location services turned on! And it won't tell you. Maxed out on a bike ride and next day got on of lowest readings, as expected. Elite HRV told me I was good to go for a hard workout, what a joke. I was wasted!this has a very nice graphic to follow along with your breath during the test. Product support tries, but they're obviously overworked.

I would like a refund. I am trying to find a hrv app that will work on phone camera sensor. There was no information on the page that forced choice as to what the app or membership entailed. Terrible information. Will not recommend

I purchased the cardio sport HRM through the athlete website. It only connects 50% of the time, then the readings are cut off 90% of the time. Their support pages are useless and when I contacted support they suggested I purchase another strap. I was offered a discount code, but they never delivered. Useless, buggy, frustrating. Uninstalled.

Rip off alert! After collecting 12 readings to get a baseline, I expected to start getting useful information. What I actually got after collecting the first 12 readings was an option to buy an athlete pro subscription, so I could get this information. That's right: in order to get actionable feedback or cloud storage of my reading data, I have to first buy both the app AND then buy the athlete pro subscription. I can get cloud storage of my readings from day one, and actionable information from day two, for free, from EliteHRV's app. Don't waste your money here.
