VASCERN App: the mobile application for rare vascular disease patients in Europe
VASCERN App is designed to allow patients to find and easily access the most competent Healthcare Providers (HCPs) as well as Patient Organisations (POs) for rare vascular diseases in Europe.
It contains the latest contact details for each Healthcare Providers and Patient Organisations including the services provided, diseases covered and location information.
This mobile application offers a modern form of digital service for healthcare on vascular diseases.
The translation of the VASCERN App’s structure and disease names into various EU
languages, allows for the mobile application to launch in the user’s device language for
easier navigation and searching (please note that the content of each HCP card/PO card is still in English so that this information is accessible to all).
VASCERN App currently gathers:
- Expert Teams within our HCP Full Members (blue cards)
- Affiliated Partners (blue cards)
- Referral Centres (green cards)
- Patient Organisations (orange cards)
