Vineyard Sim puts you in charge of a working vineyard across a 5-year campaign. Every season brings different decisions — prune the vines in winter, manage canopy and water through summer, watch for disease pressure, and time your harvest when the grapes are at their peak. Pick too early and you miss the concentration; pick too late and rot takes the crop.

When harvest is in, winemaking begins. Choose a fermentation style — cool, warm, or wild yeast — and an aging vessel — stainless steel, oak barrels, or concrete egg. Blend compatible varieties for synergy bonuses that push wines toward higher quality tiers. Your cellar fills with wines that mature over time, and bottling them at their peak locks in value before decline — read your varieties right and time the bottle.

Sell to four buyer channels: local wine shops take anything, restaurants and sommeliers demand quality, wine clubs reward reputation, and international distributors only deal in premium bottlings. Reputation is earned slowly, vintage by vintage, and gates access to the best prices.
