Everything is good but please arrange pick up points from the location where we board so that driver gets to know there are associates waiting on road else we are missing buses. Else missing the buses. Today also I have missed the bus standing on the main road, call all the way to office chasing it.

This is an amazing service provided by all miles, hassle-free cash free, ride at every 15 minutes eliminated the task to book autos, only thing is will not be able to cancel ride after money is deducted and there is no tracking of vehicle

Be careful seems to be a Fraud app. Requires wallet balance before u book. Once u trf the money no cabs were available. After multiple attempts decided to get a refund for my money trf however it's been more than a month did not receive my refund. Customer care # is always switched off and no one responds to mail.

It's the worst app. Please don't install it, it shows ads of being in Hyderabad and whereas it's services are not available in Hyderabad, every week it has new updates popping up and of no use since I live in Hyderabad but still I am having this app because while installing it asked to deposit some amount in order to book tickets, and I did it by not knowing the fact that it doesn't exist in Hyderabad and from last year November (5-nov-2019)I have posted several complaints, and it never replied me.

I have not used this app for long and 2 weeks back I requested for the refund of my All Miles balance. They neither refunded nor replied to my mail reminders. They are not responding to phone calls too. This is not a good experience.

App is not good. Cancellation and refund policy is very bad. By mistake if we press booking we don't get refund. Some days accepted booking and later when we call they are saying today service is cancelled. I did not receive refund even I wrote email to support team

Need refund for my balance money, it is there in the wallet unused. It says cannot be refunded. Request you to look into this.
