It was so convenient to travel to "gurgaon", tha app's ux is very user-friendly, budget is good, one suggestion for tipping drivers, the person tipping should be allowed to leave a text remark to "thank the bus driver" which drivers can read aswell, but plz keep a review check before showing it to drivers coz some ppl might troll, but all in all it was a good experience

I am editing my review. More than pathetic. They are increases charges like anything. Soon one ride is going to coast you what a cab will coast. Despite multiple complaints the bus number D118 have seats that just keeps on swinging. Imagine someone coming back from office tired just to deal with poor seat. Talking about their customer support is just a waste of time. Previously I used to think uber have the worst Customer support, I think city have crossed benchmark for most ridiculous support.

First of all there's nothing 'premium'. They offer normal shuttle rides with much extra fare & call it reasonable. None of their packs are reasonable & the price doesn't settle. It grows every month. 1st month I paid ₹2000 for a monthly package, but that was because Uber Shuttle was there as a competition. After it's discontinuation, the same pack went up to ₹4900 just the next month. Now it's even higher. Just Monopoly. Poor customer service. Drivers sometimes don't stop on the scheduled point.
