It was so convenient to travel to "gurgaon", tha app's ux is very user-friendly, budget is good, one suggestion for tipping drivers, the person tipping should be allowed to leave a text remark to "thank the bus driver" which drivers can read aswell, but plz keep a review check before showing it to drivers coz some ppl might troll, but all in all it was a good experience

Very low bus frequency: The frequency of buses on my route is extremely low. There are very limited options available during both peak and non-peak office hours, making City difficult to depend on for daily commuting. Unreasonable gap between buses: The time gap between two consecutive buses is often too long. If a commuter misses one bus, waiting for the next available bus becomes highly inconvenient and can result in unnecessary delays. Absurd and impractical timings

Missed my bus even though I arrived 10 mins earlier...the stop shown on the map while tracking ride is entirely different from what the driver took during the ride. Pathetic first time experience. Update- it happened again. Other shuttle services are going through my stop without any traffic restrictions as they mentioned to me. If I had an option to give 0 stars I would have given it for sure. It is costing me my time, money and energy to go through such pathetic service.
