Every Saturday my booked shuttle leaves without me and when I complained against it the customer care doesn't listen and instead blames me saying I was not at the bus stop!!this has happened thrice that I had to miss my office bcz this freaking city shuttle would not stop at my bus stop and the customer is worst of all!!!! I'm never taking city again !!! Also the fact that they are constantly increasing their price while giving poor services is just absurd. Cityflo, u lost one customer.

First of all there's nothing 'premium'. They offer normal shuttle rides with much extra fare & call it reasonable. None of their packs are reasonable & the price doesn't settle. It grows every month. 1st month I paid ₹2000 for a monthly package, but that was because Uber Shuttle was there as a competition. After it's discontinuation, the same pack went up to ₹4900 just the next month. Now it's even higher. Just Monopoly. Poor customer service. Drivers sometimes don't stop on the scheduled point.
