Traveled from hyd to bangalore, Intercity. This is not my first journey on this route, but always a good experience. The bus captain this time was Natasha Reddy, who was polite n helpful. The driving was also smooth and comfortable, and the other staff polite too. Toilets are always clean as well. All in all, Intercity route from hyd to blore has never had an issue.

I booked intercity bus, but bus route changed by bus driver bus have not reached at the boarding point what was mentioned on bus route, it was really bad experience, they didn't pick from boarding point, 😡😡😡😡😡 they are not professional, they follow easy route not following actual route mentioned on an application, they left passenger

Worst travel service I have ever experienced. Please don't book tickets with this travel company. Last night, they informed us that the bus would be delayed by only 20 minutes. Even after informing us at 11:00 PM, they suddenly cancelled the service. They didn't care about the passengers, and they didn't even answer our phone calls. Very unprofessional and irresponsible service. I strongly recommend that you do not book tickets with this travel company.

Useless App! Unable to do a simple switch to change date. The helpline no keeps changing the token from 1 to 4 and no representative ever comes on the line. Looks like the intercity bus App is a scam, and they don't even want feedback about it.
