I booked an Intercity bus from Lucknow to Gorakhpur. However, I had a very disappointing experience. The bus did not stop at my designated boarding point to pick me up. I was present at the boarding location on time, and when I saw the bus approaching, I waved to the driver to stop, but the bus continued without stopping. Later, I was informed that the conductor had been waiting for me, which is completely untrue, as I was already at the boarding point and clearly visible when the bus passed by.

Worst experience. I've been using intercity for a long time, but the staff has gone all rude with zero customer service. The staff are rude even after luggage mistakes and are just saying what can you do, come and collect at the final stop. No Captain or driver number responds and have to call customer care which are not responsive at times when bus is running due to nighttimes
