★★☆☆☆ I had the worst experience with Intercity Bus. The driver didn’t pick me up from my boarding point even though I arrived on time. The bus came early, and even then, he didn’t call me to inform me that it had arrived. I waited for half an hour, and when I checked the tracking, I saw that the bus had already left. I tried calling the driver multiple times, but he didn’t answer. As a woman traveling at 9 PM, this was extremely unsafe and irresponsible on Intercity Bus’s part.

★★☆☆☆ They did not pick me at the boarding point. I checked the location and called the intercity number but was not able to connect to the driver. I tried 3 more times, but no use. I was supposed to board at 9 PM, but they were late by around 1/2 hours. Moreover, they did not pick me up at my boarding point. I was waiting for my bus at a place 3 km from the town and missing my bus left me stranded at midnight. FYI, this is my first time booking in Intercity and what a pleasant experience I have had
