I had the worst experience with this bus service, ek toh time par aayi nahi aur destination par bhi 2 hours late paunch, uss rajah se muje 15000 rupees ka nuksaan hua but inko kya yeh toh HUD ka benefits dekhte hai

Regret giving 1 star. No curtsy, the worst customer care arrogant staff and arrogant customer care. When I raise concern they are asking do raise complaint and give feedback. I support boycott intercity boycott internet arrogance

Worst experience in Hyderabad, after starting the journey the A/C is not working and in the middle of the journey they have cancelled it in the late night. Nowhere to go in middle of the night such worst experience. And they didn't arrange another bus
