Very good, comfy and quite reasonable too, as there is washroom facility, the number of stops needed for washroom breaks are less, so less waste of time and reached 1 and half hour early to the given time.

If there's a negative star . I'd give one. One of the worst experiences I've ever faced in my journeys. Intercity had made all the passengers wait for 10–11 hours in the middle of the highway under scorching heat with kids & people with health issues & with no responsibility towards the broke down bus & it's passengers. And without even fully refunding the tickets + compensation for the troubles we had to go through wasting our time & unattended imp works, they aren't even responding to mails

Worst experience (19-20 June 2026). The bus driver and staff ran away and left us after the accident at Etawa. We didn't get any support, medical help and other conveyances. We had to manage everything to reach the destination (Kanpur).

One of the worst travel experiences I had today. TNSTC is much better compared to this Intercity bus. Exactly in my seat, at the roof some continuous hammering sound is created due to some looseness. My sleep gets completely disturbed. Not worth what we paid for the ticket. Customer handling is also extremely bad.

I am really disappointed with intercity support, I have booked my journey with intercity in emergency 2 hours before departure, but when I tried to call Captain, call automatically cut and not connected, I also tried to call support contact number and it also not connecting, and I had emergency so I had to opt for another way, and ultimately I had to cancel my journey with intercity, and I got only 5% refund and lost my 1100/- in this. So i advice if anyone has emergency don't book intercity.
