VoltPet: Battery Pet

Your battery has a little friend.

VoltPet is a pixel-art pet powered by your iPhone's battery. It bounces when you're topped up, yawns when you're low, and munches on electricity the moment you plug in.

IT LIVES WHERE YOU ALREADY LOOK
Your pet appears in the Dynamic Island and on the Lock Screen as a Live Activity, on the Home Screen as a widget, in StandBy while you charge overnight, in Control Center, and on your Apple Watch.

IT REACTS TO YOUR REAL BATTERY
Eight moods, from Energetic to Exhausted, all derived from the battery itself rather than from a timer. Plug in and the charging animation begins, with a haptic and a quiet chime. Reach 100% and your pet celebrates.

IT GROWS IF YOU LOOK AFTER IT
Charging your iPhone feeds your pet. Feed it on enough days and it grows from baby to teen to adult, and builds a streak. The last seven days sit on the home screen.

IT HAS AN OPINION ABOUT BATTERY HEALTH
Lithium-ion cells age fastest at the extremes. Past 80% your pet suggests unplugging; below 20% it asks to be fed. In between it stays quiet.

IT RESPECTS YOUR BATTERY
No timers, no polling, no background drain — VoltPet only wakes when iOS says something actually changed. Turn on Low Power Mode and your pet curls up and conserves too.

BUILT FOR EVERYONE
Full VoiceOver support, Dynamic Type up to the largest accessibility sizes, Reduce Motion, Increase Contrast, and a light/dark override of your own. Available in 11 languages.

COMPLETELY PRIVATE
