VorilaPrep helps you reach your optimal mental state – exactly when it matters most. Between competition matches you often have just 5–15 minutes. VorilaPrep makes that time count: with science-backed activation regulation techniques, breathing exercises, a motor activation test (Tap Test), and HRV monitoring. FEATURES: • Tap Test – measures your motor activation and compares it to your personal baseline • Breathing exercises – Box Breathing, 4-7-8, Combat Breathing and more • HRV integration – reads Heart Rate Variability from Apple Health • Activation check – assesses your current state (too calm / optimal / too activated) • Technique recommendations – suggests techniques based on your HRV zone • Post-session rating – track which technique helped most • Apple Watch companion – quick access right on your wrist Scientifically grounded in the Yerkes-Dodson Law and IZOF theory (Individual Zones of Optimal Functioning). Part of the Vorila ecosystem: Prepare. Log your training. Reflect on your competitions.
