VyApp Smart Calls

The moment a guest presses the button, the right person knows.

VyApp Smart Call connects the call buttons in your business to your staff's phones and smartwatches. A request from a table, a sunbed, a hotel room, an executive desk or a bedside reaches the right person within seconds. Nobody waits with a raised hand, and no call slips through.

HOW IT WORKS
A button is pressed, the staff member's device rings and the screen wakes. Whoever takes the call completes it with one tap, and it disappears from every other device instantly. Two people never go to the same table, and nobody is forgotten.

WHY VYAPP SMART CALL
• Instant alerts with sound and vibration, even when the app is closed
• Apple Watch and Wear OS apps that work without the phone: calls on your wrist
• Button name, request type and waiting time at a glance on every call
• Pressing the same button again raises the counter, so urgency is clear right away
• History screen: who answered which call, and how fast
• Five alert sounds: Ding, Chord, Triple, Ringtone and Siren
• Setup check: prepares everything step by step on first login and confirms with a test alert
• Card or list view
• Four languages: Turkish, English, German and Arabic. Everyone on your team uses the app in their own language, on phone and watch
• Built-in usage guide
