HOW IT WORKS

1. In WA, open a chat and choose Export Chat.

• Compact table with one row per message

Also choose A4, Letter, or Legal paper, adjust text size, use black-and-white printing, and optionally add a cover page with chat and media details.

Create a self-contained page with five visual styles: Bubbles, Table, Elegant, Dark, and iOS.

KEEP THE DETAILS

Preserve formatting such as bold, italic, strikethrough, monospace text, links, @mentions, replies, forwarded, edited, and deleted markers. Polls and attachments can also be shown with useful details.

EVERY LANGUAGE

Arabic, Persian, Urdu, Hebrew, Chinese, Korean, Thai, Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, and many more are supported. Right-to-left languages are laid out correctly, with full-colour emoji.

Keep everything in My Exports. Search and filter your files, reopen them in the built-in viewer, save them to Files, or share them with other apps.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Your chat is processed entirely on your device.

No account. No sign-in. No cloud upload. No server required.

WA Chat Share does not connect to WA. It reads the export you provide and creates your documents locally. It can work offline, including in Airplane Mode.
