Set your daily step goal once. That exact goal becomes the water surface. Your discipline core begins below it and crosses above only when Apple Health confirms your real steps.
APPLE HEALTH IS THE AUTHORITY
Walkfare reads your step total from Apple Health. There is no manual “I did it” button and no Walkfare workout timer. Fitness and Workout activity can contribute real steps, but finishing a workout does not close the day by itself.
FACE RESISTANCE HONESTLY
When you are not feeling it, choose every reason making comfort easier. Walkfare accumulates the case, asks “What else?”, then answers with a truthful personal win or a bundled sourced reframe. Pain, injury, illness, and dizziness leave confrontation immediately.
SEVEN DAYS. NO FAKE SCORE.
Week shows seven factual water fields. Closed rises above the surface. Missed stays below. Open remains unresolved. Rest and sick days are neutral only when you declare them. Walkfare never guesses.
SET YOUR DAILY SYSTEM
Choose notification windows, maximum daily volume, and one fixed voice: Friendly, Neutral, Direct, Funny, Absurd, or Blunt. You control when Walkfare may speak. Focus and Notification Summary can still affect delivery timing.
