There is two communication link, one is the delivery boy and the admin and the other one is between the admin and customer. Thus, allowing a much-synchronized delivery process.

• Admin and delivery boy both can receive notifications about Orders.
• The delivery boy can mark themselves Online/Offline.
• Delivery boy can either Accept/Reject the new order assigned to him.
• OTP must be entered by the delivery boy to verify the delivery is conducted by him to the right customer.
