Wedding Invitations: Bir Evet

Create your wedding, engagement or henna invitation in minutes, share it with a single link, and follow every reply from your phone.

INVITATION STUDIO: READY IN MINUTES
Start straight on your own invitation — no sign-up first. Choose how it opens and watch it live with your own names, then go step by step through the first screen (design, colours, text), the countdown, the programme and RSVP form, and the extras. Add your photos, set the colours to your taste, and reword anything you like. Saving your account is optional and quick: Apple, Google, or your name and phone number.

20+ OPENING ANIMATIONS
Welcome guests with an animated opening: an envelope, a wax seal, the Colour Fan, a gold heart they scratch to reveal, a fortune cookie, a snow globe or balloons. Pair the opening you like with the theme you like, and add music to your invitation.

FOR EVERY KIND OF EVENT
Weddings, engagements and henna nights, circumcision celebrations, birthdays and baby showers, corporate events — the wording on your invitation fits the occasion.

AI COUPLE AVATARS
Upload your photos and let AI draw illustrated couple avatars just for you, ready to use on your invitation.

COUPLE IMAGE
Choose separately what appears at the top of your invitation and in the couple section: your AI couple avatar, illustrated bride and groom characters (with veil, hijab and beard options) or your own photos.

ONE LINK, ONE QR CODE
Your invitation goes live at its own web address. Send the link on WhatsApp or share the QR code; your guests open it without installing an app or creating an account.

REPLIES IN YOUR POCKET
See who is coming, how many they bring, their meal preference and any transport or accommodation requests, as they arrive. In RSVPs, filter answers by what guests asked for: a message, an allergy or note, a menu choice, transport or accommodation. Menu counts show how many guests chose each dish, ready for your caterer, and allergies stand out on every card. Before you publish, sample answers show you how it will all look. Every new reply reaches your phone as a notification. Export the list or share it as it is.

GUEST LIST AND PERSONAL LINKS
Define families and groups, and send each one its own invitation link. See who opened the invitation and who has not replied yet.

SEATING PLAN
Add lots of tables at once, work with real head counts from your RSVPs and seat guests automatically. Share the seating list — on WhatsApp to the venue, for example — and, if you like, show each guest their own table on their personal link.

GUEST BOOK
Let your guests leave you a message. Publish messages straight away or approve each one first — your choice.

MEMORY WALL
On the day, the same invitation link becomes a shared photo wall: guests upload the photos they take and they all come together in one place. Prefer to check them first? Turn on approval.

EDIT ANYTIME
Nothing is locked, even after you publish: change the text, the date, the theme or the opening whenever you like. Changes appear immediately and the link you shared never changes.

MESSAGES AND SUPPORT
Want a custom design or a special change? Write to the Bir Evet team in Messages, right inside the app, and we'll help with priority support. You can also reach us on WhatsApp. We usually answer the same day and you get a notification when the reply lands.

The app is free. Publishing your invitation requires a one-time package — it is not a subscription and it does not renew automatically.
