WyVo: Weights & Volume

WyVo: Weights & Volume is a focused iPhone lifting log for gym sessions where every set, rest, and progression should be quick to capture.

Track sets as you finish them, start rest timers from the set you just logged, and see what you lifted before you choose the next weight. Today keeps the active workout close. Progress shows exercise trends, set history, and personal records. Profile keeps workout history, training notes, references, and AI Coach conversations in one place.

Built for phone-first lifting:

- Log weight, reps, warm-ups, and notes without leaving the workout flow.
- Time rests with foreground controls, local notifications, and Live Activities.
- Pause and resume workouts and use an optional idle reminder.
- Review exercise-specific progress, recent sets, and personal records.
- Add optional Apple Health Heart Rate snapshots after permission.
- Ask the optional AI Coach about your training, including photo-based questions.

AI Coach is optional. Offline Preview works without an API key and sends no Coach context to an online model provider. With your consent, online requests travel through WyVo's request service and OpenRouter before reaching the applicable model provider.

WyVo AI uses Coach credits, sold in packs that never expire, and failed requests are not charged. Sign in with Apple once to get 10 free coaching messages. You can also connect OpenRouter for an optional user-funded path. Connected or pasted OpenRouter keys stay in the iOS Keychain, are sent through WyVo's request service only for each request you choose, and are not stored or logged by the request service.

A named login is not required. Coach starts with an anonymous Firebase identity. Continue with Apple is optional and can recover the linked Coach identity, consent choice, and credit balance on another device. Workouts, Coach conversations, memories, photos, and provider keys remain local to each iPhone and are not merged or transferred with that identity.

WyVo has no ads or tracking SDKs. Online Coach asks for consent before its first routed request, and the Coach account can be deleted in Profile > Settings. Local workout and Coach data remain on the iPhone after Coach account deletion.

AI Coach provides general fitness guidance, not medical advice. Stop if you feel sharp pain, dizziness, numbness, or unusual shortness of breath, and consult a qualified professional for medical concerns.
