Yes Chef: Restaurant Manager

Yes Chef is restaurant management in one place: sales, costs, people and compliance, on the phone in your pocket and the screen in the office.

SALES AND MARGINS
Connect your till and see today's sales, covers and average spend as they happen. Compare against last week, your forecast and your budget. See what each dish sells and what it makes, with labour cost as a share of sales alongside.

ROTA AND PEOPLE
Build and publish the rota, costed as you go. Staff see their shifts, swap, pick up open ones and book time off. Clock in and out on the phone. Timesheets, holiday, training and employee records sit together, ready for payroll.

FOOD SAFETY AND CHECKS
Opening, closing and temperature checks on the phone, with photos, and they work without a signal. Missed checks are flagged, corrective actions are tracked, and the records are ready for an inspector.

MENU, PREP AND WASTE
Menus, recipes and costings, a daily prep list, and waste recorded in a couple of taps so you can see what it costs.

THE TEAM, TALKING
Messages, channels and announcements, task boards, and a pre-shift briefing for every service.

ASK YES CHEF
Ask a question in plain words ("how did Saturday compare with last week?") and get the answer from your own figures.

Yes Chef is for restaurants that have signed up. You join with an invitation from your manager.
