Zana is a task planner built around your week. Each week is a run: plan it, work through it, and see how you did.

PLAN YOUR WEEK
• Add a task in one line. "Pay rent fri 9am !important" sets the date, time and priority for you.
• Organise tasks by class and type, give them priorities and due dates, and move them across your board from Created to In progress to Completed.
• Recurring tasks move into your next run on their own.
• See every day's tasks on the Schedule calendar.
• Deleted something by mistake? Tap Undo.

NOTES THAT DO MORE
• Headings, lists, checklists, code, cards and links.
• Subtask cards show your progress, and ticked items drop to the bottom.
• Amounts add themselves up. List your costs in a card and see the total, or use formulas like SUM, AVG and ROUND.
• Attach PDFs, Word files and photos, and record voice memos.
• Look back at earlier versions of your notes and restore one.
• Export to PDF, Word, Markdown or plain text.

• Swipe to see who wrote each part.
• Share a link to any task, even a private one.
