Zhibiaoben: Lab Test Tracker

Zhibiaoben turns your paper lab reports into one record you can flip through and compare.
Take a photo of a report, check what was read, and every result is filed. Results of the same test, from any lab, line up into a trend over time.

SNAP IT, FILE IT
Photograph a report or pick one from Photos or Files (PDF works too). The lab, date, every result, its unit and the reference range are filled in for you. You check each item before it is saved, and you can still correct a value or the test date afterwards.

MORE THAN BLOOD WORK
· Lab reports: lipids, glucose, liver and kidney panels, thyroid, CBC and more
· Imaging and exam reports: the findings and conclusion are kept as text
· Full checkup booklets: import a long PDF and it is split into its sections
· Meter screens: photograph the display of a home meter to log a reading
You can also log a value by hand, and add your own test if it is not in the built-in list.

EVERY RESULT, ONE LINE
Results of the same test are lined up by date, even when they come from different labs or use different units. The reference range printed on each report is kept as printed.

SEE WHAT FALLS OUTSIDE THE RANGE
Each result sits on the reference range from its own report, and results outside that range are listed first.

ONE RECORD PER FAMILY MEMBER
Keep separate records for your parents, your partner or your kids. Reports, trends and reminders never mix.

FOLLOW-UP REMINDERS AND WIDGETS
Set a follow-up date on a report and get a reminder when it comes. Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets show the tests you watch and your next follow-up.

AND A FEW MORE THINGS
· Tags and notes: mark a record as fasting or after a meal and add a note, so you know the context later
· If a name on your report is not matched to a test, match it once and the same wording is matched from then on
· Dark appearance; available in English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese

WHERE YOUR DATA LIVES
· Reports are stored only in your own private iCloud. We have no server and cannot see them.
· No account and no sign-up.
· To read a report, its photo is sent over an encrypted connection to a third-party recognition service (DeepSeek), which processes it on servers in mainland China. The app asks for your consent before the first time, and you can withdraw it in Settings. See the privacy policy for details.

WHAT ZHIBIAOBEN DOES NOT DO
Zhibiaoben only helps you organize and compare your own test results. It does not provide diagnosis, medical advice or treatment recommendations. Talk to your doctor about what your results mean.

Free: up to 5 reports and 1 profile. Membership removes these limits (fair-use limit: 300 reports read per month):

Prices are shown in the app in your local currency. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions.
