Zolia fixes this by giving you total control over the structure. It lets you organize your tracking however you want into custom sessions to eliminate wasted effort and repetitive tapping. You decide exactly what you want to track and how you want to track it.

Customizable Sessions: Organize your tracking however you like. Create a morning session where you track your sleep and morning meds, a walk session where you track steps and how you felt, or anything else you can think of. Mix and match notes, symptoms, meds, ratings, factors, and more. Customize colors, emojis, and numeric ranges.
Batch Log Medications: Use "Accept All Defaults" to log your standard medication protocol in a single tap, rather than tapping through every single item individually. You can also backfill specific date ranges if you need to catch up on past logs.
Data Privacy & Free Exports: Your health data is stored entirely locally and never shared with external servers or LLMs. You can export your raw data via CSV or SQLite at any time for free, set up optional automatic backups to your Google Drive, or sync to your own private cloud storage.
Data Analysis: The app looks for correlations across your history to help you find connections.
Our Approach to Pricing: Basic logging, data entry, and data exporting on Zolia will always stay free. In the future, some analytics features will become part of a premium tier, but you will never be locked out of tracking or accessing your own daily data.
