Good for purpose, I mainly use computer, browser for everything except check in and boarding pass. PS, those with login problems, 2fa is on, need to log in via chrome, enter code, and mark remember this device. App lasts for days (weeks?) after that.

This app is miserable. It doesn't work 95 percent of the time. It is slow, unresponsive, and does not ever accept the information given initially. It took me over 10 minutes to check in for my flight because it was "unavailable." It won't accept pictures of my passport. It crashes and freezes. Unfortunately, you need to use it, but it is pathetic.

The app became very hard to use after the merger. Not clear where anything is, just takes you to a web browser for sign-in.

I can't imagine why this is the only consumer app that can hold onto user credentials and keeps taking you to browser to log in each time. I have had this happen too many times now and at crucial times.

I can never log into this app! It spends 5 minutes making you pass captcha after captcha before verifying you're human. This is very inaccessible! It isn't even an app, it's just a push to a browser. Incredibly infuriating
