It's really good, and it's great that files a backed up and that I have access on my phone and on my computer. The only annoying thing on the computer is that the files are transferred to the c drive when they were originally on a different drive and is confusing when the files often have duplicates with a different extension, and I believe you can't delete those, or you might lose the originals.

It's a great Storage source especially when I need to pull a document up on my phone instead of waiting to get home to ail causing sometimes hours of delay. Just when uploading docs in One drive then looking it up on phone doesn't appear right away.

I don't really use the app, but it has some old files saved in it. What I don't appreciate is notifications which I've never asked for, letting me know I can view my old photos (I know I can, that's the most basic premise of the app) at 2am. Why on earth would you set up the app to send push notifications at 2am? I have to keep my phone on loud for work, and it looks me over an hour to get back to sleep. If anyone with any influence at Microsoft reads this, please fix it.

I used to like the "On this day" feature, but the constant "Buy Premium", "Add storage", "Office special" adds EVERY TIME I open the app completely ruin the experience. The enshitification of this app has pushed it beyond my acceptance threshold. Actively looking into self-hosting to completely get rid of OneDrive. Switched to Linux on my PC because of the OneDrive shenanigans and other Microsoft stupidities.

I am unable to use the Personal Vault feature even after upgrading my subscription. Whenever I click on Personal Vault, it repeatedly redirects me to the login page. After I successfully log in, it takes me back to the login page again. I have followed all the steps 15–20 times, but I am still repeatedly redirected to the Personal Vault setup screen. This is extremely frustrating, especially after purchasing a valid subscription. Contacted the microsoft team but still not working.

While scanning a document, the app failed to upload the document multiple times. This affected my work as the document to be scanned was needed on an urgent basis. Synchronization is also faulty. Microsoft has ended its support for the Lens app. Now, they've also disabled the M365 office app. With issues in one drive app, I have got no choice but to end the Microsoft 365 family subscription and move on to the other alternatives.
