The Microsoft Lens was very great. However, now it is compulsory to open the OneDrive to scan documents. Consequently, it is too INconvenience to find the final PDF files in the cloud. The experience is too BAD.

You've ruined my phone laptop I can't uninstall it. All my work photos are stuck. I try to fix it using your own steps, you won't accept my info or email or all the info you asked me to provide GIVE ME MY STUFF BACK! I'm saving $$ to go back to Apple, but I'm DOUBLE-CHECKING everything because it's deleting my stored files/pics doc's etc. because it thinks I'm not trying to move it elsewhere by its deadlines BUT IT Won't ALLOW ME TO because it's not accepting my info! I'm going in circles!

Horrible optimization, constantly trying to upsale but never delivering. I had full storage on basic and now 96% of my photos are gone. Micros lop strikes again-everything this company touches turns to rot
