seems to work ok on my atrix, but this app needs to have file search! If it had a powerful search function like the dropbox app, this thing would be killer

Pictures It should be possible to look through pictures in a folder by sliding left and right, like the iPad app. The dialog showing that the picture is loading could also be less intrusive. Again, look to the iPad app which uses a small white circle.

Slow, slow, slow! Don't buy a Synology NAS! Update: after several updates little has changed and this app is still awfully slow....... The nas itself isn't bad but if you plan on using it in any other way (read: sharing files, mobile access) you better stick with Dropbox. Why? Because DS file is awfully coded, e.g. won't download/write files to the SD card. Synology knows this but doesn't do anything about it Additionally it is so excruciatingly slow, I get about 10-20kbyte/s although the physical hardware would allow for 1mb/s. Why, why??

Pretty good Some actions are a little cumbersome with this app, but overall it is very functional. I definitely like this app. I just don't like it like it.

Can't stream videos With this app, you have to download the whole video before playing. So, if a video is 1-5gb, you'd have to wait 10-15 mins before actually watching the video. It defeats the whole purpose of a NAS. There are apps, namely 'File Manager', that allows you to stream content from my ds213j, so I will be using that from now on.
