Access Network State - used to check if a data connection is available before retrieving content.

Requirements:

To view an EPUB file after it is downloaded, you will need an EPUB reader app such as Aldiko.
To view a PDF file after it is downloaded, you will need a PDF reader app such as Adobe Reader.

OpenStax CNX, http://openstaxcnx.org, is an open source project and is affiliated with Rice University. The Android app is open source too.

Just a Browser It's just a browser pointing to online articles with links to their EPEB or pdf counterparts. Just a handful of ebooks. Removing.
