Awful. Just awful. Stuck with a 3 yr contract at 12 bucks a month. App is slow and freezes mid payment. Card reader doesnt always work. Have had 3 swipers just to be sure. I switched back to the square.

SAM'S CLUB FIRST DATA MOBILE PAY "SOLUTIONS" FAILS The First Data Mobile Pay "SOLUTIONS" is the new Sam's Club's flat-fee $89/month Merchant program to swipe a credit card on your smartphone. BIG PROBLEM: The new program doesn't load onto an Android Phone (Gingerbread) & it's not available in the Android PLAY STORE The First Data Mobile Pay app, (doesn't say "SOLUTIONS"), that is available on the Android PLAY STORE, will download, but it's the wrong program according to First Data After much research, it appears the "SOLUTIONS" download is for I-Phones only & there isn't any Android App for the "SOLUTIONS" program. CNET says the "SOLUTIONS" download loads with I-Tunes. First Data needs the correct, downloadable app in the Google Android PLAY STORE. FIRST DATA NEEDS TO STOP WASTING EVERYONE'S TIME WITH THEIR EXCUSES. APRIL 22ND, 2013.

Bad for business If you have an LG phone with Lollipop this app locks up on login. App worked fine until lollipop update. Called customer service and they just said "sorry, can't help you." So now I can't run cards till I sign up with someone that can help me.
