Best so far and work with Linux The the fastest solution so far, sync without sending it to the cloud first. However, the 2 way sync is misleading (would be 5 star if that works). It just merge the files and you can never delete anything from it. It does not keep track of previously synced files and delete them like a real sync program. Best to use Dev. to PC Move/Mirror and vis versa, just create a profile for each specific function (one folder for send and one for receive). use standard file share protocol ftp and/or smb (windows) so it has the best OS support (Linux and Others Yes) and no PC client install needed (you do need to setup the shares on your PC with standard software come with your OS). For the one it say send does not work, you probably have the windows share as read-only on your PC side.
