If you have a hard time keeping track of all of your reservations and travel activities on trips, download this app. It's absolutely amazing and allows me to just enjoy my trip and not worry about juggling all the reservation, check-in/check-out tome, which email I have confirmation codes in, etc. It also beats manually writing out an itinerary (you can create one in Trip it in a tenth of the time by having it pull the reservations from your email). I can't recommend this app more highly!

Long time user and always used to be happy. However, it's stopped recognizing emails from my companies corporate travel agency, Navan - who are large corporate travel services company with 10k + other corporate clients. Logged a ticket, and it was going ot be forwarded to the developers. 3 weeks later still it doesn't work. If they can't provide support in a timely manner for large corporate travel providers, think it's time to look at alternatives. A real shame as this app used to be so good

All trips, past and future, suddenly vanished. Tried to create new trips, and they don't appear.

Used to be good but no longer. Takes forever for itineraries to show up, if they ever do. Some go missing, some wind up in unfilled and when you move them you need to manually enter all the details. Not sure how they managed to take a good, useful, easy to use app and destroy it.

I have used this app for over 10 years and used to love it. However, it's progressively getting dumber and dumber when it comes to importing travel itineraries from email/pdf. It often misses entire segments or details of any itinerary I email to it, even if forwarded in a very clearly formatted PDF or email body.
