Easy to use and immediately updated. I used this app to monitor the hire bikes from the stand outside my office. The status of bikes and empty spots is updated almost immediately a bike is hired or returned. I also use this app to plan my bike trips. Very easy to use with favorites etc

Super useful & accurate Capitol Bikeshare, DC is my home bikeshare and this works great! I recently went to MN and used niceride, and in order to get it to work there I had to uninstall and reinstall the app. Then had to do it again when I got back home. Good for locations, number always wrong. I use this app for capital bike share in DC. It's great for locating stations. But the number of bikes is always horribly wrong. Sometimes it says 17 when there is 0.

Needs work!!! Needs a lot of work. We just want to be able to pick our favorite stations and quickly see how many bikes/docks are available. Period. Home screen should have 2 options. Pick a station or see status of favorite stations. Simple.

I like the app well enough, but the fact that it doesn't remember my last location is a big minus. It always defaults the map to the same location.
