I LOVE THIS APP. IT IS A MUST-HAVE FOR TRAVELS. I just have one issue which is fairly new that when adding flight details only alphabetic are allowed whereas now all flights have alphanumeric reference number, this is a new issue I faced I used it 4, 5 times around 1.5 years ago, and then it worked smoothly and perfectly. The one star that's gone is cause of the alphanumeric issue only.

Trip case is a really great app with a really bad flaw. It's so good for so many things, yet every time I send my itinerary to Burlington Vermont, it loads into Trip Case as Burlington Iowa. The airline is correct, the flight is correct, the times and dates all correct - but it REFUSES to recognize BTV as Burlington Vermont - instead it substitutes BRL Burlington, Iowa. Of course, you can't reach a real person at Trip case, so you just deal.

Used to be great but not anymore. It has made an ENORMOUS error twice recently that could have made me miss flights. The flight was delayed by one hour on both the departure and the arrival (direct flight) - Trip case sent me email notification to tell me that the flight was delayed by 24 hours! If it was anything other than a direct flight I would have trusted Trip case, not investigated and miss my flight. A major requirement for this service is accuracy, and they managed to mess up twice.

2 trips now and Trip case can't parse an email. Trip case used to work well, but I have been on two trips now, and I emailed all my documents as before. It misnamed the airline. It added the flights twice and as two different trips. It completely missed the hotel reservation I booked through the airline that was on the same email. Used to work well, but I will have to find something else.
