Last week my car was broken. I called ÖAMTC technical support team. The technical team came to me as fast as a jet. I was really impressed by their efforts, speed, customer support and customer care. My car was fixed in 3 minutes, and totally it took us 15 minutes to complete and drive. Proud of you ÖAMTC Team.

No English in the options to change the language of the application. Update: 14.04.2025 still no English in app after many updates nothing. Don't bother to change anything, for sure is hard to add language settings if u don't know how to do it just say, I will find someone to do it for you 😉

It used to work perfectly until I got the latest update, yesterday. Now it isn't at all user-friendly, it has a lot of bugs, and it's loading very slowly. 🤬 Man, you don't even bother to answer me in English. Why should I give a carp about what you want/need?

Happy with the service of ÖAMTC but the app is in parts a catastrophe! I tried to register an appointment for an Ankaufstest and had to switch apps to look something up, which resulted in the app refreshing the embedded browser window every single time losing all entered information. Uninstalled the app it's just a browser wrapper and a bad one anyway! Room for improvement!
